Kyle Birch
Birch, who has been with GM Financial for over 14 years, has served in his current role since February 2018. Prior to that he was chief operating officer and executive vice president of GM Financial North America. He previously worked with GM Financials’ legacy company AmeriCredit Financial Services for 13 years.
Birch’s roles have included developing lease programs, managing credit underwriting and analyzing finance trends, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also served as chairman of the board of the American Financial Services Association in 2024.
Birch and fellow panelists at Auto Finance Summit East will discuss how they are positioning their companies for maximum performance while maintaining risk management and customer experience amid auto tariffs, supply chain shifts and evolving technology.
GM Financial was the third-largest auto lender by outstandings as of yearend 2023 with a portfolio of $92 billion, according to the latest Big Wheels Ranking Data.
